WySMart does not sell, share, or expose your private business data. All client data-including leads,

funnels, SMS/email lists, and user behavior-remains confidential and accessible only to approved

WySMart personnel or systems.

5. Third-Party Compliance

We use trusted service providers and integrate only with GDPR/CCPA-compliant vendors such as

Twilio, Mailgun, OpenAI, Meta, Google, and others.

Each third-party provider maintains their own policies and we ensure contract-level compliance.

6. User Control and Access

You retain full control of your data, tools, and access to your systems. You may request deletion,

export, or review of your stored data at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Responsible AI Use

We use AI to enhance automation, predict outcomes, and streamline business growth. AI systems

only process anonymized or opt-in data and never store PII for public reuse or model retraining.

8. Incident Response

In the rare event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take immediate action

to resolve and mitigate the issue.
